Need advice on whether to flush transmission

I recently purchased a 2005 ML500 and ML350 both with approx 65K mi. Need advice on whether to have the transmissions serviced or not. I have conflicting info on whether to do it or not. Thanks in advance for the help.

Flush + new filter + new seal + pilot bushing. Mercedes has changed its sealed for life stand with 722.6 tranny's. Do the flush & the rest. Your car will be very grateful.
