No heat

Has anyone had a problem with heating in their ML? Recently in the mornings I had no heat in the car, the fan was working but it was only blowing cold air into the cabin. It seemed to work on/off for a few weeks then everything was OK. This morning ( I had forgotten about it) the heating wasn't working again. Would be good to know- am off to Mercs tomorrow to sort the fuel gauge, will ask then.

What does your temp gauge look like when you have no heat? After a long time does your heat eventually kick on? Could be your thermostat is sticking. Pretty easy fix on most cars, not sure about the ML though.

Engine temp gauge is fine, running about 80°. If I leave the car for a few hours and come back to it everything is normal again.
