ML500 Head Gasket replacement instructions

Hello, I just purchased a 2005 MB ML500. Today oil started leaking on to the exhaust manifold. This afternoon I'm picking up Head Gaskets but cant find a walk through on how to complete the job. Can any one help?

If you want to do it correctly-----go to startek.com----however before I went BS on a week old car, I would take the car to someone who is more knowledgeable for a first opinion!!

From what I have seen it is like a 10-12 hour job for a shop and more expensive than the car may be worth.

Not 100% but i do not believe any oil flows between the head and the block, just coolant. Oil leaking onto exhaust is symptom of valve cover gasket, not head gasket. HG would be coolant burning up in exhaust, low compression, etc

Do you mean Valve Cover Gaskets?
