2003 ML 500

I have a 2003 Mercedes-Benz ML500. This is all the radio will do. When I push the okay button all it does is say wait. It does not take me to another screen and doesn't ask for Coach to be punched in this is all it does. Does anyone know what's wrong with my radio?

Did you just purchase this vehicle?

Did you just disconnect the battery?

When I push the ok button, it just says "wait" and does not take me to a screen that will allow me to put in the code.

I know what the screen says, but you didn't answer the question.

Please read page #2 in the PDF below. Your wait time will depend on how many times you entered the code. The key must be in pos. #2 during the wait time.

Also remember that after getting the code entering screen, if the code that you entered is rejected, do not keep entering that code or else you will be back to square one.

If it is rejected that will mean that that the original radio has been changed and has a different code number.
