Thinking of upgrading my 2002 ML320 for a 2004 ML350, i plan on swapping all my aftermarket parts on this, curious how much you got yours for fully loaded minus navigation and xenons??

Why not just wait for the new ML?

If anything wait for a new ML (W164) or get an ML500/55.

ML 350
I paid $38,900. In my opinion I had them treading water based on the fact that the new ML is coming out. The reality though is it comes out next fall as a 2006. So do you really want to wait 18 months to buy a car? By that time I will be 18 months from getting another ML, so why wait? Let the new ML get the kinks worked out first. Buy while its cheap and before they revoke the free scheduled maintenance.

Yeah, the ML350 will be a short time replacement, waiting on either the new ML or a Cayenne Turbo...

Well look at it this way - if the 2005 G55K AMG is able to out-accelerate the Cayenne Turbo in straightaways, despite its brick-like aerodynamics, then the ML63 AMG should be able to do quite a bit better than the Cayenne Turbo, at a much cheaper price.

I got mine for $37,500 on 12-30-03. I also got $500.00 towards my first payment. It's black though.

The $500 is the metallic paint charge, which is not applicable to black or white ML's.
