55 engine misfires

So I got a ml55 engine swapped into my 320.. Its me 2.0 ecu. Ran awesome..smooth pulled strong for about 100 miles or so. Got gas (93 octane) and it started missing not long after. So I hooked up my matco scan tool and cylinder 1,2,3,4 all misfire. Looked into the smooth engine data and 1-4 is way lower than the 5-8 cylinders.. What else should I look at to narrow down the cause?

Anyone have any ideas? I'm really stuck here. Checked long term fuel trims the they are at - 28 maf at idle reads high at about 7 and fuel pressure at about 52 at idle. Any help please.

compression test, then check spark plugs, coils, injectors, air flow, etc.

Thanks but a little late and besides that I was past the basics before I posted.. It was the tune in the ecu that was for the 430 instead of the 55 amg. They are not close enough to work. I'm going to guess the c43 tune is close but the non amg 430 tune isn't close enough to run correctly. I've got it running smooth as can be. Plenty of power. Feels like a totally different vehicle now.
