Canadian M-Class?

Canadian M-Class?
I bought my '01 ML430 Sport in January. I had a copy of the CarFax, etc. But for some reason, I was completely unaware that my ML is a Canadian model. My local dealership informed me today. What does this mean to me? Any practical concerns I should be worried about? Are there reliability issues with the Canadian models? Thanks, in advance, for your input.
A funny thing is that I recently bought a new guitar and it, too, was made in Canada. I knew that beforehand, though.

Actually, I don't have daytime runners. My speedo registers mph. Could the dealership be wrong? I'll have to go look inside the doorframe for indications tomorrow when there's daylight.

The Dealership could be wrong.....but it's nothing to worry about!
See, If it's built for Canada.......it is designed with better standards in mind.
I could explain.......but I'm just kiddin'
