ML 350 Brake Question

Recently purchased an ML 350 - my first MB. I've noticed that the brake pedal comes close to touching the floorboard prior to stopping. The brakes themselves work fine once the pedal is pressed for what seems to be forever.

a car that can't do the throttle reset.
ml brake is naturally softer than most. you dont have any brake lights coming on in the dash? and the warning light is definitely operating right(check on start up)... no pulsation or noise? if not you should be fine.

ML350 Brakes

I think he's right. Just picked up an '03 ML350 and went back to dealer thinking the break pedal was WAY TOO LOW! I was told the ML is quite different than other MBs. My E500 pedal is much different from ML. I don't think you have to worry.

I know the feeling, I have asked about this one and people say the ML brakes appear softer than other mercs.
