ML 270 cdi '03 N19 help!

Hello all,

I've been having aircon problems with my ML 270 cdi, car aircon seems to blow warm air. I've topped up the refrigerant yet it was still the same. Hooked up to the computer and it says P216 fault, problem with the N19 a/c control module.

so i went off and bought the particular part, ive looked through the forums and can only find that the location of N19 is at the center aircon console for a ML320. However when i tried to open the console, i couldnt find the a/c control module to be replaced.

i cant seem to find any similar issues relating to ML270 cdi in particular. Is the location of the N19 different in my model? If so where is it located? Please help! Couldnt find this in ML 270 cdi

If you tell us what year ML you have, it will be much easier.

N19 is located in the position you see but it is covered by the center console.

Remove both covers under the Inst. Panel and look through the opening on the left side and you will see a square box as show. Remove the one screw holding it and pull it out through the right side.

The part # you need is Denso in the jpg.

Part of updating your profile was indicate where you live and with that we would know if it was left or right hand drive. So please do so.
