With a DVOM, check the battery posts (RED) for 12v. Then check the battery cables (GREEN) for 12. They should be exactly the same, 12.5-7 volts.

Brand new battery,Now I have the alarm back on , also the central lock in the car and remote are working the only thing is not doing is cranking and starting with the key . Now if I put the key in position # 2 and bypass the started relay, start right up and states on, runs find ether forward or reverse just not cranking or starting from the key.

Don't you think it was important to let everyone know that you installed a new battery and had already bypassed the starter? Omitting these two things is wasting everyone's time.
Everything depends on the proper voltage, but not being able to lock/unlock the doors would have nothing to do with a no crank issue UNLESS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH VOLTAGE.
Why can't you conduct the test which will cost you nothing?

Another test you should do is insert the key in the ign and turn the key to pos. #2, all the time watching the LED light. Does it blink once?

I did that test soon as you open the ignition position #1 the light star blink no stop.Position #2 the light don't flash at all

That means that the key is recognized which is good.
It's hard to understand what you posted in your first post. Please explain why you changed the ign. switch and were there any new problems after that?
Does the eng. crank and not start or is there no crank at all?

no new problem after that.
the engine don't crank with the key on ignition
If you put the key in position #2 and bypass the stater relay (what i mean is remove the starter relay and used a small jumper cable between post 30 and 50) the car will crank and start and it will state on until i turn the key to off pos.

It is not supposed to start the eng. with the relay removed and bypassed. It is only supposed to crank the eng.
Have you changed the starter relay?

When you try to start the truck with the relay in place, does the key turn to pos. #3 and does it spring back when you release the key?

I was having some issues with my wife's 2000 ml 320. When the key was turned to try to start it wouldn't crank at all but it only happened when it was below 40 F and after replacing many parts I found out that I had a defective fuse box. It was the main fuse box where all the relays and fuses are in the engine compartment driver's side. Ordered it for $470 and all.my starting problems went away. I had replaced battery starter, starter relay, ignition switch, brake switch. Those fuse boxes are known to be defective I would recommend changing it to see if the problem goes away.
