Dealer incentive on 2004 vs. 2005 ML350

Hi all-
I am in the market for a new ml350 and noticed that the 2005's just came out. I was told by the dealer that a 2004 can be had for under invoice. Does anyone know how much of an incentive Mercedes is giving on the '04's? How much under invoice should I shoot for?

Also, I really like the special edition package on the '05's, gives it that ml55 amg look. Any opinions on how much more its worth to get an '05?

a car that can't do the throttle reset.
anything under invoice is probably pretty good. 05's do not have free maintenance like the 04's.

Most dealers can price match deals you have on the internet. Downtown LA MB sold me a 2004 ML350 with:

1. Inspiration Package
2. Lighting Package
3. Navigation
4. 3rd Row Seats
5. Entertainment Package

MSRP $46,880
Invoice $44,250
I Paid $40,450

Just ask the dealer if they would match prices on Carsdirect.com.

2005's are going for MSRP right now.

2001 ML320
An advantage to getting an '04 vs the '05, all maitnence (oil changes, etc.) is coverd for the warranty period (4 yrs) on the 2004's and NOT the 2005's. Good luck!
