How to reset brake warning light
Hello,
I've looked on here but can only find the brake pad wear warning light. I need to reset the regular old brake warning light on my 2004 ML 350. After flushing out the old brake fluid I ran out before the reservoir was completely full. The next day my wife started it before I had a chance to stop her. Now the reservoir is topped off but the light is still on. I tried disconnecting the battery but that didn't do it. Thanks for any help.

You need NEW Brake Pads...
The break wear Warning Light is an indication that the brake pads on the truck have worn out. You need to install new brake pads. The warning light will go away after that...

I put a code scanner on it and sure enough no trouble codes. This issue was the parking brake was pressed down just enough for the light to come on but not apply the brake.
Thanks for the help guys.
