Mercedes Ml320

Ml320 hood won't open

2001 Mercedes ml320, hood won't open from the front,in the emblem. What can I do.

Does the hood pop up when pulling the inside release lever?

Once you pull the hood release handle located under the parking brake release on the drivers side of the car.

You will then have to pull out this safety release handle located under the hood ornament to fully open the hood
