Hmm....those flares don't look like the OEM ones. MB had two sets of flares for the ML - one was the standard set, and one was the AMG set, which were slightly larger, but the flares you have pictured there are larger than any of the OEM ones.
Looks like maybe the Lorinser flares on that ML...
