I didnt run the car without the shaft, it is jacked up, i just put it in neutral and back to park and that is when i hear the noise, so i shut off the car and it goes to park. cant have the experience if you dont do it and mess up few things.
Maybe if i install the shaft it will be ok ?! it should be here by the end of the week.
What can happen if i started the car and changed from park to drive or reverse without the shaft?

Before anything, you must find where that pin came from.

Got the driveshaft today, installed it and clicking noise went away i can sleep at night now.
The pin, when it fell out i pushed it back right-away, it fell out about 3 times. so i thought maybe that was the cause of the clicking noise, but i guess it was the shaft.. Now i know not to shift any gears without the shafts.
Now i guess ill find out if OEM pan gasket and that side seal will fix the leak, just have to paint the rear bumper and reinstall it and start driving.

I have a mystery tranny leak as well. Wondering if it's the seal ring like yours. Glad I saw this post.

After driving for few days no more leak, it was definitely that little O-ring on the driver side and i used OEM oil pan gasket. Very happy with the result, Thank you Mr Dundee!!!!
