Hie all, my name is Casper and this is my first posting on this forum.

I have a 2004 ML350 which came with a space saver spare wheel mounted underneath at the rear. I need a full size spare wheel and considering the swing spare wheel carrier mounted at the rear which is standard for some models. Is it possible to fit one? Has anybody done it before?

Not sure if it will fit a 2002 to 2005 bumper, and finding one is like finding a unicorn. I believe they were more prevalent in Canada, but I've kept my eye out on eBay and have not found the complete package. I have never even seen one on an ML in person, and I live in California. This guy wants $350 plus $250 shipping for just part of the thing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-98-01-M...t/252251641740 (note that he says it works for 98-01 MLs).

Thanks for the reply. Yes, perhaps they are different and will need to specifically look for one for the models 2002 to 2005.
