First, it's definitely an option for W163 MLs. I added mine. It's not too hard. You can sometimes find them in ML's at pick-your-own part wrecking yard. Not sure where you are located, but there's currently a set with black leather at a Pick-N-Pull in Stockton, CA (saw it yesterday). You'll need the two seats themselves, the rear pieces off molding that have cut outs for the seat belts, the seatbelts w/ hardware, the brackets, and the various bolts/nuts. One thing people often forget are the four trim pieces that cover when the seat attaches to the brackets. MLs without the seats have four solid pieces; MLs with seats have four that have openings for the brackets to attach. Oh, and if you have an ML55 with the interior spare tire, you'll only have room for the right, passenger side seat. All that being said, I'm not a big fan of mine. There's very little leg room, even with the second row moved forward. If you have small children you might be okay in a pinch, but any long drives back there would be punishment.
