I hope the extended wheelbase version won't look out of proportion like the chevy trailblazer EXT and the regular wheelbase one...but I know Mercedes wont do that!!

I doubt that's the final design. The fender flares don't look right - look at how they are discontinous at the rear. The darn thing looks like a Buik/MDX cross-over - not that that's a bad thing, just an observation. True, there's not much departure from the current ML, but those head lights have to go!!!
It also looks like they'll keep the chrome ringed instrument panels - that's OK as long as it doesn't bling too much!!! I think the final product will look much better.

It looks as if the driver is positionned higher (he gets a better view), thats nice but the wheels are small compared to the rest of the wheelbase so the floor is somehow low?...
