Please explain this Camber table

Snapshot from WIS on Camber adjustment.

Can anyone explain what the first column means, the column that starts with the value 6 deg and 2 minutes ?

Not sure how to interpret this and any help would be appreciated.

Is "camber at vehicle level" the reading of the angle of the rear axle carrier to which the control arm is attached?
