Cold air intake... Any Luck? Is it worth it?

Cold air intake... Any Luck? Is it worth it?
Is cold air intake by itself will do any difference in HP/gas milage? or is it just simply waste of money? I'm not looking for a huge dramatic improvement but maybe 5-10hp?

on my 320, i had a custom cold air intake made..it works fine. filter, with proper bend angle. it allows better flow, better induction sound, and rids the v6 of the stumble in higher rpms.
