Need to replace brake pads and possibly the rotors
I am in need of replacing my brake pads and possibly the rotor on all 4 wheels (54K miles). I am currently on the road in michigan, and the dealer in the area told me that he does not have the time for it for the next 20 days. Since i am on the road for the next 30-45 days, i need to get this done soon. I was wondering if any of you have had your brakes replaced at non MB service center ....like say a midas. What was your experience? Are the jobs performed good and reliable?? Any tips?? .... Cost?? Does anyone know of a good shop around the Detroit / Ann Arbor Area?

i put on brembos from www.brakeworld.com very high quality, I would also agree almost anyone can do this job for you but I would not run Midas quality brakes "china" on your Mercedes
