Questions about retrofitting an OEM nav system into a 1999 ML!!

Is it possible to retrofit a ML OEM Nav System into a 1999 ML320? I've seen some of the new ML's with it in, and just wondering if something like this is possible.

When was the Nav an option on the ML? 2001?

sure.. it can be done and has been done.

2000 ML430's had nav as standard equipment.. optional for 320s.

Nice, can anybody point me in the direction of pages that have it done with pictures, or information, or anything of that sort?

Absolutely! Follow Benza's pub (linked above). Try for a MY '00 MCS (P/N's in the pub).
