Question Upgrade ML320 16" alloys to 18" AMG

I want to change my standard 16" alloys on my ML320 (1999) for the 18" AMG alloys fitted to the ML55 AMG with 285/50R tyres. Does anyone know if they will they fit without modification (i.e. spacers etc)? Thanks

Fits fine on my 02 ML500. You might want to try 255/55-18 tires for a better ride.

W210 - V6'02 / W163 - V6'02
My 02 ML320 using 18 x 8.5' with ET32 BBS and 255/55 tires without any problem. Ride as good as the original wheels.
I think if using thicker tires wouldnt be a problem, too. I saw some ML using up to 22" wheels....
