I have another problem you might be able to help with and it concerns windshield wiper speeds. There are three speeds, The middle speed doesn't work and when you change from one speed to another the wiper stops in the middle of the window. Thanks in advance

It's not a fuse or relay issue.

Have to ask this question, does this prob. occur while it is raining?

My guess would be that there is a prob. with the right stalk While it is in the problem setting, ever so slightly move the stalk upward and see if the wipers work. If not, do the same in the downward position.

Thanks for your sugestion but I am a bit confused by your directions. Does the "stalk" refer to the control lever on the steering wheel?

The right stalk on the right that controls the wipers.
