Hey guys, i'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem before, i searched, but couldn't come up with anything. But sometimes, when the car is parked, the alarm will go off. The car is parked outside, but I'm sure that no one was trying to break into it. This has happened at least 3 or 4 times this year, and it's very annoying, as it's happened in the early morning. It's a 2003, and I forgot to tell the dealer about it when I brought it in for 10,000 check-up. Can anyone help?

Most likely, it's the interior glass breakage sensor that is malfunctioning and setting off the alarm. The dealer can verify this by viewing, via the SDS, the last alarm triggers stored.

Had this early on with my 02 ML500. Dealer changed out the trip computer assembly that also contains the alarm (glass breakage) electronics. There was an updated one available.
