For those who remember hurricane Harvey this is what happened to my 2002W163.
We got coughs in about 4ft of water, with a bow wavy over the hood. The car stalled several times but we made it home.
Changed the oil and continued to drive for about a week, then while driving, a ‘bang’ and the engine stalled abruptly.
Just now get ready to swap the engine out!
