Strange Wires under Passengers seat

OK, so was cleaning the truck the weekend. Under the passengers front seat came across some wires. One was a blue square female plug, the other was a male plug that looked like a phone plug.

Any ideas what there are for. I assume it is the wiring loom for something!!

cheers, nick

The wireing harness has extra wires for dealer options and for ecall, they should have been in a black cover that works like chinese handcuffs. It is normal for them to be their just try to push them under something or out of the way to keep them from getting in the seat track. Autogunner.
