2015 ML350 LED Headlight Upgrade

I just purchased some Audew 360 H7 LED bulbs for my 2015 ML350. They were rated number 1 in a recent 2021 survey. They work great with the projectors and high beams, perfect pattern, no scatter, dark spots or shadows that come with the 2-sided bulbs. But I am getting flicker failure. I am trying to find out what value of resistor I need for the correction. Any feedback appreciated, as I spent 4.5 hours putting in the clips and bulbs, and really prefer not to pull them out to drive at night. Thanks!

I have tried two different CANbus decoders and neither worked, 4-5 double flashes then the bulbs go off. This is very irritating. I started looking at high-performance H7 55W halogen bulbs in the 6K range, and some of the reviews noted that they did not work in a Mercedes, same flicker and shut down as an LED. This is getting ridiculous.

LED Headlight Bulb Upgrade Update

After many tries and returns, I finally found an affordable solution to my LED headlight upgrade on the 2015 ML350. I initially settled on a highly recommended brand of 360 bulbs (Audew H7 6000K, less than $18 p/p), thinking that would work best with the projector and high beam housings. It required me to order the conversion clips for the H7 bulbs (it was a nightmare to install based on the design of the bulbs, 4 hours!). After stating online that they had CANBUS controllers, unfortunately, I found out the hard way that they do not. I had all bulbs installed with no issues until I installed the driver's side low beam. Then the flickering and warnings began, shut down the lights. I ordered two types of controllers, yet neither corrected the issue. After much disgust, I went back and installed them again, thinking operator error. It is then that I found out that the high beams worked fine, no CANBUS controller required. Only the low beams complained. I liked the 360 design, it works great with the housing and provides a seriously good throw and pattern, no dark spots at all, highly focused. I had my fill of the incompatibility issue and fittings, so I pushed forward to find a solution for the low beams. I had seen numerous postings and ads for Lasfit from the get-go but feared the two-sided design (especially for the projectors). They promised that their Lasfit Pro-MB2-N H7 6000K bulbs ($85 p/p) were designed specifically for Mercedes Benz and would work with no problems. Low and behold, they arrived, had the MB H7 clips built into the bulb. It took 5 minutes to install the pair (by this time I was a pro). They came on, worked perfectly, and the pattern and throw were perfect as well, with no adjustments (as the clip is designed to secure perfect alignment), I am super satisfied with the multi-brand solution; however, the Lasfit may provide the same performance on the high beams as well; I did not try them there. I also Installed Auxito brand parking lights (no CANBUS controller required) and upgraded the interior lights as well. All-in-all I managed a great upgrade with a minimal investment (less than $125 for the entire upgrade). It looks like a new car, and the performance is up to my exacting standards. Hope this helps anyone interested in the same upgrade.

Perhaps not the most expensive, but they without a doubt provided great customer service, are true plug and play, disperse a lot of light in a perfect pattern, and I have had no issues with them for about six months. Please note that I used two different brands. I initially wanted 360 bulbs. The Audew brand required no canbus adapter for the high beams, but did not work in the low beam projectors, even with canbus. I think the Lasfit would work well for both, but have no experience with their bulbs in the high beam fixtures. Good luck!
