Mercedes ml500

Hi I'm new on here can anyone help me I have a ml500 only had it a week I come home from work then went to go back out and it will not crank over at all had new battery and stater and break switch and do not no wot else to do thanks

Turn the key to position # 2 (no start) and shift to Neutral and try to start eng.

If you have a second key, try that. I have two factory keys and experienced the same on my ML500. It was the remote key case coming apart, resulting in a panicked call from my daughter. Second key was fine and started the car. Make sure it is firmly snapped together.
