Twist/float feel

I have a 2000 ML320 and have owned it since it was new. It has 215k miles on it. suddenly The car feels floating, like a magic carpet! It’s weird, the steering stays true and the shocks/dampeners are working, but the car feels like Im hydroplaning and upon acceleration the body, not tires, shifts right, then when you let off the gas it shifts back left. It only happens above 50mph but always happens. Thoughts?
FYI: tires 5yo 15k miles, shocks 5 yo 15k miles. New front sway bar bushings and front control arm bushings

ML320 W163 2000
Good on you for having kept it since new! My ML320 2000 is kinda shabby now but still runs well.

With your car, could it be engine mounts or some other bushings in the suspension? There are plenty of things getting old in these cars and perishing... [Just guessing really, not a mechanic!]
