At 42,500 miles the ML had an A service. Now about 12,000 miles later I'm due for another A service according to the FSS (it's showing 1 wrench). Is this right? I always thought it was supposed to alternate A, B, A, B ect? Did they reset the FSS incorretly or am I due for another A service?

Also, where can I find the items they perform for an A and B service? Maybe I'll do it myself this time if I can. Thanks.

At roughly 43K you should have had a B service. I would go check your paperwork for your last service to verify. I think you got the wrong service.

 

Forgot to answer the other part of your question.....

Do you have your manuals? It states in there what is done during an A and B service, etc.
