2003 ML350 - rear air vents don't blow warm air in winter
Hello,
I have 2003 ML350.
The problem is that rear air vents don't blow warm air in winter and inversely cold air when AC works in summer.
Could you tell which part is broken and how to repair it ?

Did it ever work before?
Does the rear blower motor blow air?
Do you own your own scanner? If so, check for codes in the A/C Control Module.
