2004 ML 500- noise at start up in cold weather? video)
Been hearing this noise at start up in cold weather that seems to go away after the engine warms up. More noticeable when I turn the wheel as well. I took a video. Anyone recognize the noise and know what it might be? The truck has around 140,000 miles on it now. Thanks!

It sounds like a power steering problem.
While the eng. is cold, eng. not running, remove the P/S reservoir cap. Wipe the level stick, reinstall the cap and then remove again and check the level on the stick. DO NOT turn the cap stick to the side.
Then proceed to performing the same when the eng. is running.
