W163 Replacement HVAC Levers / Arms

Hello everyone!

I'm here to share another product which some facelifted W163 owners might be interest in. Both of my ML55's had issues with the HVAC motor levers / arms which then caused issues with the vent control in the cabin. I decided to make my own versions of the motor levers / arms and offer them for sale.

Some of you may comment that it is possible to purchase them directly from Mercedes and this is true. Because of this, I've listed the part numbers below for reference to the community. If you were to purchase all 3 Mercedes OEM levers / arms, the total comes out to about $35 without tax or shipping. I've priced mine at the same price so everyone has their pick from where to source the solution.

My plan is also to make a YouTube video showing the processes of accessing the HVAC levers / arms to further aid the community in the repair process! So stay tuned for that

Mercedes Part Number Reference:
  • Lever 1: 163-824-04-05 or 163-824-05-05 (Legroom Ventilation)
  • Lever 2: 163-824-02-05 or 163-824-03-05 (Rear Compartment)
  • Lever 3: 163-830-10-33 or 163-830-11-33 (Defrost Lever)
