My ML feels like a pig... what should I look at?

Guys need some help.
My ML320 feels like a pig, so sluggish....
My car has about 85k and for the last service I took it to an independent shop. they did the service that was supposed to be scheduled, but they didnt reset the service (where it says -3200 with the tool sign) light. does this has something to do with it?

I serviced the car at my local dealer last year, I think it was for the 55k or 65k service (I forget when MB services the cars). anyways I changed the MAF sensors then, and the car was great after the service.. it was quick and very responsive.

Today the car wont even down shift when you gas it... I dont know I think I might just take it to the dealer to give it a tune up.

Any advice?

TIA

Look at the 500 or 350. You'll love the difference!

Air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, air mass sensor (again wouldn't be uncommon), EGR valve sticking, Clogged catalysts.
