2000 ML430 code c1314

I have a code c1314 on a 2000 model ml430. I was able to gather some info that got me to the point where I was measuring voltage at connector two wires 23 and 46. The voltage reading I get is 2.6 volts. I checked power coming into the esp controller and have full battery voltage in but only 2.6 volts out for the abs hydraulic unit. I determined the controller to be bad. Replaced with used controller. Same code same problem. Same voltage reading. Replaced it with a third controller and got the same results. It is possible to have 3 bad controllers ? Or am I missing something else. Wish I could gather more info to point me in right direction. This in advance

Did you check the wires in the harness coming from the ABS unit?

Sorry for the confusion but I had to redo my login because I could not get it to work. I have checked continuity on all the wires from the abs module. No sign of any wires being rubbed or cut. I looked way up int that end of the harness also. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I get a sporadic C1314, I consistently get the C1300 A7/3y6 front left solenoid hold pressure. I have not done the electrical check you completed, but that would be my next step, do you also get C1300? I haven’t ruled out the abs hydraulic unit but if my solenoid were bad wouldn't it fail all the time? I can engage anti lock repeatedly and have no issues, then just randomly be driving and get the C1300…I’m getting ready to euthanize the Mel but she’s been such a good truck, any thoughts?

ESP by default when "ON" should operate at 4 Volts. When the ESP switch is depressed to the "OFF" position it should be around 2 Volts and you should see the warning triangle along with ESP/BAS, ETC, ABS lights illuminate. Without a functioning ESP you won't have ABS. Did you test relay K6?
