W163 cat delete/straight pipe mod
Hi, our 98 ML320 (291K miles) has clogged cats and was wondering if anyone has done secondary cat deletes(straight pipe conversion) on this particular w163 model and encountered any adverse effects (Limp mode) in doing so?
And to clarify, I've read about owners who have deleted the secondary cats, primary remains. The ML has reached the age where it is registered here as an "extended-use antique" plate vehicle and not subject to emissions testing.
