Identifying correct AirCon Compressor

Identifying correct AirCon Compressor
Hello all,
My vehicle is 2002 ML270CDI (RHD)
VIN WDC1631132A367386 – ENG – 61296330191308
he AirCon has stopped working - just blows normal air.
My Indy tells me the Compressor neds replacing.
Have tried to source the part number off the compressor still in the vehicle but cannot see any numbers.
Some research for a replacement tells me there are three different Compressors for this vehicle.
Anyone know how I can identify the correct Compressor - Part number please?
