No, I think the shape of the center is a bit different. The splines and all look the same though. I have never seen one done.

Dude! Today a tech replaced a designo wheel on a 210 car. Warranty cost was $3,100!!!!! OMFG!!!!
A regular wood wheel is usually about a grand.
One instance of a 140 "grand edition" had the parts people scratching thier head. Mercedes could not come up with the correct wheel, and didn't even have it listed. We had to take photos and they had to make one just for this car, even though it was a warranty replacement!!!
