This may have been posted before, but is it possible to activate the outer lamps on the US Spec MLs? maybe it's the high beam for the non BiX's. But for BiX's, it's dormant. There has to be a code that can be turned on for them to be activated.

You mean the INNER lights? The very outside lights are turns signal/parking, the inside those are the bi-xenon main lights, then the inner lights for flash to pass/DRL. You can wire the inner halogens to come on with the HID high beams, like I did. It's pretty simple if you have some basic electricals skills. I also changed the bulbs to PIAA Xtreme White Plus to more closely match the main beams. No prgramming is necessary. Here's the link from that other board (courtesy of Drew):
