Anyone Lowered their M-Class???

i went to tire rack and they only have rear springs for lowering. they said the front torsion bar needs to be adjusted to lower the front end. has anyone lowered their M-class and does adjusting the front torsion bar only involve turning screws.

did my wifes, its very easy to do the fronts, jack car up on both sides. under where the b pillar is, under the car, there is a 19mm bolt there is the adjustment. the rears are kinda tricky, search it youll find it!

I'm really interested in lowering my ML so I decided instead of starting a new thread, I would just post here.

I have some concerns besides price.
- will the ride be better?
- will lowereing it affect how it handles in the snow?
- how much should I lower it? one inch....two inches? Are there different "settings" so to speak?
- I assume the dealership is the last place to go for lowering?
- Independent truck shops the best?

Thanks guys.
