Question Fault Code Diagnostic Tool

Has anyone bought or made that diag tool?

It does not say that it specifically works on a Mercedes, just most "OBD II" cars, of which there are three types apparently. Which are we? [PWM, VPW, ISO]

It works fine on my 97 E320 and 00 ML430. MB uses ISO.
