Test drove ML350 today.

And i liked it, i had Previous models of MLs since 98 to 2003! Had all of them! 320 430 and ml55, and let me tell you the new ml350 felt way better then ML55 in a build quality, felt much firmier for some reason, great steering! Way better brakes, it was a floaty ride, it didnt have the air suspension tho, it had no options at all even the cloth seaat inserts! But i liked it, it felt a little bit bigger then the previous mls! Im gonna test drive ml500 next week!!! I might get one, have a baby on the way, so i need all the room

cool, make sure to post a review on the 500 as well.Yeah, concering your comment on the floaty ride, in the May '05 issue of Automobile there's a review of the ML350/500, it said that the standard 350's suspension is overly floaty, it bobs and heaves over bumps, and only people coming from a Buick would like it's suspension set up. They then commented on the ML500 they tested with the air suspension and it made a world of a difference, no dive, no squat, flat handling.

The 350 I test drove did seem a little soft--that's why I ordered the air suspension. My wife can set it for comfort, and I'll set it on firm. Nice to be able to raise it for snow or off-road, too.

Bob, take the 05 G-Class! Its gonna be pretty rare vehicle......The new G will be replacing the current one in one year or so.............
If the money are not an issue for you then go for G! At least test drive it! G55 is a beast!

G55 suspension is ultra stiff though, not something you want with a baby in the car.
