Good article, but they are real down on the standard suspension, but love the air suspension.

Hi Greg,

Did you notice that they're still talking about the optional off-road package? It's driving me crazy. Is it being offered in Europe and not here?

Nice article, thanks for posting!

Interesting how MB is taking away the rear side airbags now and having them as options. Wonder if that is going to trickle down the line to the other classes...

One line I read was that they are no longer as necessary as once because of improved side structural strength. The potential legal issue with kids sleeping against the side door I expect is the bigger one. I did not order them because we very rarely have rear seat passengers.
