Literature/Trailer hitch

Would you believe that my dealer has not yet received the W164 Brochures and color chips!! I have seen some posted but they are from different marketing areas. The only thing that they just received was the accessory brochure. What is interesting is that this brochure shows the trailer hitch with a part number that can be purchased from the dealer. This contradicts the fact that they previously said its only a factory option. MB Marketing does a great job don't they!!!

That is strange, since my dealer got brochures about 3 weeks ago. This launch has seemed a little disorganized in terms of putting out timely and consistent information.

Thought it strange also but I did stop at 2 other dealerships and they too do not have any and in fact the other 2 did not have the accessory brochure that my dealership had. MB USA marketing is divided up into regions. I guess there are a bunch of incompetents in my region. This is not the first time I have experienced this sort of thing with MB and their regional marketing people.
