Dash Rattle

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum but I drive a BMW (please don't hate me). A co-worker of mine just bought a new ML350. It's a great machine. She took me for a ride in it yesterday and we both noticed a rattling noise coming from the dash board near the side of the driver. She contacted the dealer about this and they are going to test drive the ML350 today to see if they can hear the rattling noise.

I was just wondering if anyone out there with an ML350 has experienced this dash rattle?

mine is very sturdy, but I'm having more serious problems...sad but true.

well sometimes my fuel gauge goes down to empty even though I have more than half a tank. My transmission is already making funky noises (clunking noises to be exact). My engine stalls. Yesterday I tried three times before I finally got it working. I've only had this car five or so days...

P.S. I would rather be driving your BMW right now.

dash rattle. we pinpointed ours to the steering column plastic that was rattling on rough roads. We took it to the dealer because the noise is terribly annoying.
