If I have a production number can I still changing some extras / options (like for example the color of the car)?

It depends on what you mean by "production number." In the US, there are production status codes that the dealer can check for you on Netstar. Options are "frozen" first at status BB. Paint is frozen sometime before production at status B3.

The car should be done the second week of july; is it normal that I already have the BB code?

Yes, that's normal. Should change to B3 anytime. I don't know if your expected date has been adjusted for the delays, but mine (originally May 10) was 4 weeks behind schedule. I doubt if they've caught up yet.
