ML 350 or ML500??
Ok i m just kinda confused right now. Here in Canada the ML350 with appearance package base price starts at $64,700. I added a few options such as both driver and passenger 10 way power seats, harman/kardon sound system, bi xenon, keyless go, power fold in mirrors, power tailgate, rain sensing wipers, and navi is up to $75,355 cnd.
With the ML500 appearance package base price starts at $75,300. It comes with many stardand features and with options such as harman/kardon, active bi xenon, keyless go, power tailgate it comes up to $81,655 cnd.
So with about $6300 difference but with a V8 engine, how do u adjust the price difference? Would u pay the premium? How much is the power difference with aprox 30 more hp between 350 and 500?

Plus the name you pay for.
You've already covered the engine.
I don't remember what else is different from my visits to the dealer.

MSRP $40,525*
Engine3.5L 24-valve V-6 engine
Net Power268 hp @ 6,000 rpm
Net Torque258 lb-ft @ 2,400 - 5,000 rpm
MSRP $49,275*
Engine5.0L 24-valve V-8 engine
Net Power302 hp @ 5,600 rpm
Net Torque339 lb-ft @ 2,700 - 4,750 rpm
As you can see (roughly) the ML500 has a significant amount more torque.
As for the time differences, I don't know, and I don't think you'll get accurate responses until more and more people have them.

Alright thx for the info and reply. Another quick question, why are the ML in the states cheaper than Canada? Might it be because of the low exchange or in general cars in the states are generally cheaper?
