NAVTEQ updates
I filled out a form on their website of some errors on the 2005 database, and they actually took action within a couple months!

Dear Greg Williams,
We are pleased to inform you that our investigation of your reported Map Feedback has been completed. Here is the actual resolution from our database tracking system: All petrol/gasoline station POIs at the intersection of Carman Dr, Quarry Rd, and Meadows Rd were removed from the database prior to the receipt of this DUR. Also, the traffic circle at this intersection was added to the database prior to the receipt of this DUR.
Please remember that a map containing recent changes will not be available until a future NAVTEQ release. NAVTEQ maps are distributed to our business partners quarterly. They, in turn, release products to end users based on their internal release schedules. Depending on the update schedule for your particular product and the functionality built into the system, you should see this change reflected in an upcoming release.
Please let us know if you find any additional areas that need updating. Once again, thank you for contacting us and for visiting our website.
Sincerely,
Barbara Clark, Consumer Support Specialist
