Installing Cd Changer
Recently bought a base ML 350 during the December sale, but it did not come with the changer.
I have bought the correct equipment ML CHANGE/Bracket, but dealer is making it hard to install, acting as though it can not be added.
All Mercedes post 2002 come prewired for installation , anyone have advice for me installing my new changer.

I am also planning on installing the cd changer to my ML and I asked my service advisor in Boston for the installation and he told me it is pretty simple..they just need to reprogram the command in order to recognize the changer and that was about it.

I know that the W163's at least the later ones came prewired, however, I am not certain that the W164's have the factory installed wiring. Mine came installed and it was well worth it ordering the entertainment package.
